So I've been making lots of "stews" - if you will. Lots of vegetable and some water in a pan, and plenty of {borrowed} spices. I'm a fan because it's hearty and simple, and though it doesn't make for the best of photos, I'm sharing anyway.
When the weather lilted in the direction of warmth for a bit, I felt like a salad. It turned out pretty beautifully. But I'm back to stews until further notice from a branch of meteorology.
