BANGS!

Naomi/Taza has the greatest bangs. I've been rather reserved with snipping mine simply because my freshman rebel highlight is growing out and a trim would snip it out of my life permanently, but I might just be willing to take the plunge.

(and ps, you should know how much i've fallen in love with her blog . . . maybe again. they are too cute, and i feel like i'm on vacation when checking their blog.)

Phashion Phonetics

I'll be the first to admit that I've wondered. Wondered how one is to pronounce the names of some hot names in le monde de mode. But dear ELLE.UK has laid out a nice little guide for those who have wondered about Irina Lazareanu, Proenza Schouler, or Moschino without being in the everyday company of individuals that are in close contact with such things. How else are we supposed to know that Hermes is in fact pronounced er-mez, as opposed to that which is associated with the winged sandal.

Marc by March Jacobs . . . Fall 09

Oh how I adore Marc. What a guy. First of all he suddenly becomes one of the most attractive men of whom I am aware, and then he puts other men in these beautiful glasses, and reignites the class of a lady wearing a felt hat.
And the stripes remind me of the friendliness of -forgive me-the GAP, but are put together in such a more up-scale way.Oh the glasses . . .
And this dress seems so hopefully classic, and paired with the correct bag, shoes and hat . . . oh lovely.
Oh Marc, how I love you.

Confession

I have recently discovered the impressive website LOOKBOOK. I've seen a bit of it around, but I feel the need to officially post it because yes . . . I'm a wee-bit addicted.
If you're wondering why, well first of all, my secret passionately desired occupation is a professional people-watcher. And this way I get to do it from the convenience of my own home/room.
Also, the copious proliferation of daily posts is amazing. There are hundreds of pictures up in a single day. It's unbelievable. I can't even get through an entire page because it just keeps loading and loading . . .
and loading. all of these phenomenal photos of real people that simply put up pictures of themselves.
It is invite only, but you can select some of your favorite ones and view as many as you want.
quite an effective and convenient little lookbook if you ask me.

Speaking of the lovely and delightful Chuck, there is a style guide {check it out here} that depicts and discusses all of Chuck's most admirable wardrobe niceties.

Sweet!

I am slightly biased into loving Rachel Bilson because of her name, but this look was so so sweet that I could not resist!

Here it is

I'm not gonna lie, I have been looking for a picture of this for a while {then sarah told me I could just take one myself with my DSLR-oh well.} I bought it at Anthropologie, and I love it so so much!
