a very very interesting idea. it was accompanied by a cartoon depicting aliens making fun of earthlings that merely transfer items from the mall to the landfill in my enviromental biology textbook.

ain't it the truth? really. unless we shape up and realize that we live in a materialistic society and that we really need to amend our ways, this AFFLUENZA EPIDEMIC is going to continue.

i was inspired today by reading c18 on waste that:
-i need to be even MORE stalwart about recycling
-i need to find a way to make a compost pile
-i need to get other people on board
-i need to continue thrifting instead of purchasing "virgin products"
-i need to write a letter to provo city and complain about the abysmal recycling program
-i need to do more research
