1 1/8 c. milk
1 c. old-fashioned oatmeal
2 tbsp. oil
2 lg. eggs, beaten
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
I don't know that I'll be able to go back to regular pancakes. Instead of feeling like a lump-o-not-much after eating a small stack of regular pancakes, I felt really swell. The pistachios were a nice addition. That was a really swell petit-déjeuner!
