really quickly, before i go to work

there were these two ladies at the bookstore. they were looking for parley pratt's keys to science on theology [something or other] we had one in stock, but couldn't find it. anyway, i said they could order it, and one responded "oh, we're from new york, we couldn't do that." [actually you can ship it to yourself, but that's beside the point.] after she said they were from new york, i immediately idolized them and wanted to do all i could to help them. i want to be the girl from some big city descending upon the lowly bookstore, NOT some lowly bookstore worker upon whom the big city descends.

anyway, just thought i'd share.
