Oh how caramel syrup can make breakfast seem so glamourous and indulgent. Unfortunately, five rounds of all you can eat shifts one perspective. But I remain unfazed . . . still delicious.
This little quail, along with others, was skittering across my path. I didn't know there were quails around here, but apparently there are.
