Well I did it. I gave my talk in Stake Conference {i accidentally started to write General Conference-it just felt like such a big deal} and I hear it was great! I felt extremely good about it. I was praying that I would be calm and articulate, and the Lord blessed me beyond my wildest dreams. There were certainly some memorable things . . . Anyways. Afterwards I really had to go to the bathroom and rushed out amidst flying compliments. Oh and guess who was there - Megan Winegar. She looked really different than the last time I saw her, and she still makes me want to cut my hair.
I was talking to dad and he told me to go in for Taylor's setting apart. It was really nice and I was so glad I got to go. Sister Ingram and Marcie were very nice to me-they just inspire me.
Well, I am hoping that this talk will get me off at least until I leave for college. {keep your fingers crossed}
We leave for the Urinetown retreat tomorrow and I am unbelievably excited to go; then it's off to Utah, and hence my takes post will most likely be in regards to [sigh] . . . school.
{I'm thinking these days are over-I register tomorrow . . . alone.}
