Too often, those of us that regularly prepare meals
find ourselves scrounging around to come together with
something to eat for one meal. And even if we pull
it off, another meal seems to roll around
before we even finish cleaning up the first.
Fortunately, with a tiny bit of extra planning,
and seeking out high-quality key ingredients,
we can enjoy tasty meals without the stress of
relentless demands on our culinary creativity.

Start with three great ingredients: a main piece
(like chicken, a veggie patty, falafel), pair it
with an awesome sauce (like this avocado dressing,
a sriracha aioli, or tzatziki sauce) and then pick
out a vegetable that complements the two (like
tomato, avocado, or cucumber).

Once these pieces are in place, all you need to have
on hand are some wraps (or tortillas), bread (or buns)
and some greens. Then whip them together in unique
ways. This way, you'll have guaranteed tasty meals, and
more time to spend thinking about your family and home.
