Avocado Dressing:

Now, some sauces are really only good for one thing; you put it on whatever it was made for and that's that. But this "dressing" can go anywhere, and should go everywhere. 

Ingredients:
Grated parmesan cheese
Avocado
Garlic
Mayo
Salt
A squeeze of lemon or lime
I grated up my cheese in the food processor.
 Amounts are approximate. I used about a 3/4 cup cheese, 3/4 cup mayo, 4 garlic cloves, 1 avocado.
Store in the fridge and consume it as quick as you can. (I forgot about the lemon/lime squeeze and my dressing turned brown after a day or two.)
