why i love finals:

i love finals week for many, many reasons. one aspect that i particularly adore is the sheer amalgamation of subjects everyone's stressing over. for instance, right now, at this very moment, there is a dashing young woman right next to me in the computer lab who is -undoubtedly- studying for a final in conducting music. you may wonder how i know this . . . because she's listening to an mp3, and waving her arms around . . . yes, i know.

but it gets better. i am presently listening to the killers (it's just one of those moments) and hence, with my headphones and peripheral vision, it would very much appear that this young lady was directing a rock n' roll band. full out.
