interesting.

So little ol' Condoleezza Rice is coming to the BYU next semester. Hoorah - she's bound to have something interesting to say. Anyhow, this is just a side note to some cool links I'd like to hold onto:

A couple of side notes:
a. some people don't like condoleezza very much, given the images that come up when one google searches her name. or they reeeeeaaaally like her. hmm.
b. funny story: so i was looking up some images of somalia for a class project; in case you don't know, somalia is in the top three most corrupt countries in the world, so nearly every image involves guns. one particular image that would make the point was one of several young men holding guns. i wanted to copy the link to said photo, but upon right clicking, something went awry, and suddenly i gasped as i saw the desktop background - on a campus computer! - fill with the image of these rebels . . . literally, rebels. i quickly changed it back to plain blue, though i think the girl next to me thought i was a little crazy. woops. (this joke would probably go over better told in person . . . whatever. blogs are closer to real-life anyway right?)
